Pastoral Care

At St. Mary’s, we are deeply committed to the well-being of our members and the wider community through caring relationships and compassionate actions. We intentionally seek to meet both the spiritual and everyday needs of those we serve, believing we are Christ’s hands and heart in the world.
If you or a loved one is ill, homebound, or in assisted care, please reach out to our church office. Whether it’s a visit or a conversation, we’re here to offer support whenever needed.
Our Pastoral Care Network extends warmth and support beyond Sunday services, embracing the call to love and serve our neighbors wherever they may be. One vital part of this care is our Lay Eucharistic Visitor ministry. Trained parishioners bring Holy Communion to those who are homebound or in care facilities, ensuring that all members remain spiritually connected to the body of Christ and to the life of our parish.
We also offer Bereavement Groups for those who are grieving a loss. These small, supportive gatherings provide space for prayer, conversation, and healing in community. Whether a loss is recent or long past, all are welcome to come as they are and find comfort among others who understand.
We welcome prayer requests as a vital part of our care and outreach, lifting up the needs and concerns of our parish family. Healing Prayer Ministers are also available at each of our weekend services to pray with you in confidence and love.
Please use the form below to submit a prayer request online or, if you have more immediate Pastoral Care needs please call our confidential Pastoral Care line at 508-318-6646 and our on-call staff will respond. We are here for you.
