What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is a sacred practice of deep listening – an opportunity to pause and pay attention to the movement of God in your life. It is not counseling or problem-solving, but rather an intentional time of reflection and conversation with someone trained to accompany you on your spiritual journey. A spiritual director listens with you for the presence and invitations of the Holy Spirit, helping you notice where God may be leading, comforting, or calling you to growth.
Whether you are discerning a decision, navigating change, seeking a deeper prayer life, or simply wanting to be more aware of God’s presence in everyday life, spiritual direction offers a safe and prayerful space to explore your experience of faith.
